Laser cutting equipment capable of cutting on a roll-to-roll process at cutting speeds of 100 plus linear feet per minute.   The equipment is to produce continuous cuts in unlimited lengths and widths.

High Speed Perforator (HSP)

We are in the final stages of developing a high speed perforator that is capable of laser perforating over 13,000 holes per second through a non-woven material that is 1/4" thick and 15 feet wide. Configurations for other types and sizes of material are also available. Patent Pending
